New footage coming from the Ukrainian city of Lysychansk showcases the devastating carnage of what is claimed to be the last surviving bring connecting Lysychansk and Severodonetsk.

As the man behind the camera is documenting the massive damage sustained, a large artillery round narrowly misses his position by a handful of meters. Unfortunately, we do not have a translator for the context of the Ukrainian man.
