Footage reportedly out of Kherson, recorded by a Russian Orlan-10 observation drone, shows a Ukrainian BMP-1 light armored fighting vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed when it is struck directly by an unspecified Russian munition. There appears to have been Ukrainian soldiers riding on top of the vehicle at the time of the blast.
