The following footage is being reported to show a Ukrainian M270/HIMARS strike on a Russian electronic warfare unit using a proximity "air burst" fuze setting.

The target was reportedly a R-330Zh Zhitel satellite and cellular phone jammer system that is imposed of multiple pieces of equipment spread out over a small area. The Ukrainian warhead exploded just over its target, raining down extremely dense tungsten projectiles, able to penetrate everything shown in the video. The strike patter actually looks very similar to many of the M982 Excalibur airburst videos we've previously uploaded.
