Video recorded by the gunner of a Russian T-90 captures the FLIR view of an attack against Ukrainian radio and communications infrastructure. According to the source, and the rangefinder in the video the range to the target was roughly 4.2 kilometers.

It's unclear if the system in this specific T-90 is one of the Thales FLIR systems. Normally, with the Thales system you can see all of the buttons, but the camera never pans down that low. It is however known that many of the T-90 tanks were outfitted with the French systems due to a contract signed between Russia and the French company pre-2014's sanctions.
