More footage taken from the spotting drones used to assist the Ukrainian artillery units has been released. It shows several hits in various locations against Russian troops and armor.

Over the past few months, footage like this has become commonplace. Commercial drones have officially proven themselves to be one one of the most powerful weapon systems on the modern battlefield, and those worms will not be going back into the can anytime soon.

What you're looking at in this video, for those of you who may be new to the combat footage coming out of Ukraine, is a Ukrainian artillery unit's forward observation team. No longer are FOs required to be out ahead of or above friendly units so that they can survey the battlefield. Now, they can sit right on the gunline and use commercial drones to spot for enemy targets of opportunity. They don't even need to pick up the radio to make adjustments either. They can use the drones themselves to spot the exact point of impact, and make minor adjustments to get the gunline directly on target with near perfect accuracy every time.
