A pair of Su-25 "Frogfoot" aircraft were recorded carrying out low-level airstrikes on Irpin, a northwestern suburb of Kyiv.

It's not clear from the footage if the aircraft were Russian or Ukrainian as the battle for Irpin has been extremely dynamic. At least one of the bombs appears to have hit some sort of power transformer or substation indicated by the blue explosion erupting from one of the strikes.
