According to the source of this video, which is not the original source of the footage, this attack was a motorized assault on Russian positions consisting of two armored personnel carriers and two Ukrainian tanks.

From this footage alone without proper context, it's difficult to tell what the target of the assault is. At first glance, one would think the Russians are in the bushes that the vehicles are driving to, but once they come to a complete stop it becomes clear the the gunner is engaging targets that are much deeper than the shrubbery to his direct front.
