Wild video shows Brazilian federal police chasing down a drug smugglers aircraft and ramming it with a truck to keep it from taking off. What's even more wild is that these Brazilian cops were "on-duty" at the time of the incident. Based on many videos coming out of Brazil, it seems that most justice is served by off-duty cops who happen to be in the right place at the right time.
