(NSFW) Cops Stop 50-Year-Old Woman On Shooting Spree

This compilation of bodycam footage shows officers in Pacifica California responding to a "shots fired" call. The suspect tries to leave by car, and when stopped by the police, she points a handgun at one of them. This prompts the other to fire, saving his partner's life. Viewer's discretion is advised.

The call came in from a 23-year-old male, who stated that he woke up to the sound of gunfire shortly before his mother, Michelle Arrais, 50 years of age, came into his room and shot him twice. It was later discovered that the initial shots were Arrais killing his dog.

Pacifica police caught up with Arrais as she tried to drive out of the apartment complex. As shown, she points a handgun at the officer on her passenger side, at which point the officer to her driver's side door opens fire.

At 01:05, we see the incident from the other officer's point of view. He throws himself on the ground to avoid her line of fire (as well as his partner's) while firing back. Despite aid rendered by the officers as well as responding paramedics, Arrais died on-scene. Her son was found in a locked bathroom, from whence I was transported and treated for non-life-threatening gunshots.
