Drone footage released by Ukrainian sources shows a Russian Soldier absolutely failing a rocket battle drill. There is a reason that a key step that is hammered into every rocketeer's head is clearing the backblast area of the rocket, and this video is an excellent showcase of that reason.

On the back side of every rocket, there's a cone-shaped area where hot gasses are expelled at a very high rate of speed from behind the tube. Anyone caught in that immediate backblast area is going to have a very bad day as they slammed with said hot gasses.

On top of those hot gasses, the rocket backblast also picks up all of the small debris on the ground, like rocks and dirt, and turns them into tiny projectiles. Getting hit with these tiny projectiles is called "getting bit" by the backblast, and it is also a very not enjoyable experience.

Bottom line, Ivan on the back end of the rocket is very upset at Gregor the RPG gunner right now.
