Video reportedly from Yemen, filmed on Aug 21, 2020 shows a Houthi rebel assault on an al Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP) hilltop outpost using various heavy weapons before ground fighters move in to clear.

The Houthis take well-aimed shots with the main gun of a BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicle, and they also spray with a M167 Vulcan Air Defense System (VADS), or similar, gatling gun. The heavy fire forces the al Qaeda forces to keep their heads down as the Houthi infantry move into hand grenade and small arms range. After a brief exchange of gunfire, the Houthis have overtaken the fighting position.
