(NSFW) Russian Infantry Battered By Bomb Drones

A brutal mashup video released by Ukraine's security service SBU Alpha group shows a number of FPV kamikaze drone strikes targeting Russian infantry soldiers.

The SBU claims that 500 Russian soldiers were killed or wounded in a single weeks as a result of these loitering munition strikes.

While defense contractors continue to develop and test high-tech solutions to the drone problem, many of the actual successful mitigation techniques we have seen at are rudimentary in nature i.e. nets, and stick structures.

I would think it would be standard operating procedure at this point for each infantry squad or platoon to have a designated shotgunner, equipped with high-density tungsten waterfowl loads, whose primary purpose is to engage these incoming threats.
