(NSFW) New Angle- Russian Soldier Fakes Surrender, Tosses Grenade In Bakhmut

This short clip highlights a harrowing moment for troops in the Ukrainian 3rd Assault Brigade as they cleared a Russian-held trench in Bakhmut. An ostensibly surrendering Russian soldier decided to revoke his surrender by throwing a grenade at the Ukrainians, who narrowly escaped. The Russian soldier was shot and killed thereafter. Viewer discretion is advised.

While this incident was previously featured on Funker530, this footage has been supplemented by drone footage from above which clearly shows where the Russian soldier is and his distance from the 3rd AB soldiers, and thereby how close they came to being killed by the Russian’s treachery.
