While the context is obscured due to the footage not being properly annotated in the batch of video files we found it in, we're still looking at something fairly dramatic and raw happening. This footage could be from literally any point in the current invasion, but that doesn't change the fact that this video is full of raw emotion. The civilians are just trying to live their lives, and the troops are just trying to keep people safe. Meanwhile, the Russian forces are just following their orders to fire munitions in that general direction.
