Ukrainian special operations forces (SSO) demonstrate how they modify VOG-17M 30mm projectile grenades and Soviet RKG-3 AT hand grenades into drone munitions.

Essentially, the grenades need tail fins to make them accurate. They also need adjustments to the nose fuse to bypass the traditional arming mechanism and make them point-detonating on impact.
