Fail: Russian Loiter Munition Misses Target At Last Second

The Russian military released a video showing an attempted, but failed, KUB-BLA loiter munition strike on an unspecified target in the Kherson region of Ukraine.

Interestingly, the kamikaze drone appears to change direction at the last second, causing it to miss its target. It's possible the suicide drone deflected off some sort of foliage as it neared its target. The impact may have been close enough to cause some fragmentation damage, depending on how thin-skinned the target vehicle was, but this is not a successful implementation of the weapon system, so it is odd that the Russians would present it as such.
