A dash cam captured the Jan. 14, 2023 Russian Kh22 cruise missile attack on a civilian housing unit in Dnipro which resulted in the deaths of 45 people (6 were children) with an addition 79 injured. The incident is reportedly the most catastrophic single incident of Ukrainian civilian lives lost since last spring.
