What appears to be civilian contractors and a squad-sized element of infantry troops find themselves together in an insurgent assault in Iraq.

I'm making an assumption here, but this appears to be more footage of the attacks against a blackwater compound in Najaf, Iraq that took place back in 2004. While it's not clearly apparent from this footage, that is one of the few instances I can think of where coalition troops and contractors were together repelling an insurgent attack.

If anyone else has any information about this firefight, please let us know. We would love to hear the story. It's amazing to me that after all of these years we are still able to find footage from the early days of the conflict in Iraq.
