Video recorded from the bridge of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) shows an unsafe maneuver being conducted by the PLA(N) LUYANG III DDG 132 (PRC LY 132).

In very simple infantry terms, these are the steps of escalation of force. Shout, Show, Shove, Shoot. We are currently in between the show and shove phases of EOF between Chinese and U.S. forces. To quote Col. Andrew Tanner from the 1984 film Red Dawn, "Two toughest kids on the block, I guess. Sooner or later, they're gonna fight."
