We're going to need some help with the context on this one. We have several sources saying the individual recording is a civilian, we have several other sources saying these are Russian Soldiers in PT Gear. To be frank, I don't know the truth of the situation. If you watch closely, you can see the incoming munitions however, and those do appear to meet the profile of a HIMAR strike.

In the comin days, I expect a lot of artillery strikes will be labeled as HIMAR because the system is the new hotness in Ukraine. This video appears to be a legitimate instance of the weapon system being utilized on Russian forces.
