American-made BGM-71 TOW missiles were used to destroy four Russian tanks and APCs by a single Ukrainian paratrooper, single-handedly defeating a Russian armored assault in Donetsk.

An interview with the soldier is combined with footage from the battle. He gives much of the credit to the drone operators as they were able to give prior warning to his ground unit, so they were ready when the Russian column appeared.

He reportedly destroyed four of the vehicles himself, and a fifth Russian vehicle was also destroyed by a fellow paratrooper. Quadcopter's were sent in to "finish" the crippled Russian vehicles with drone-dropped munitions.
