Information indicates that several BM-21 GRAD attacks were launched during an operation against Russian targets in southern Ukraine today.

At this time, an exact location cannot be identified by the 530 team; however we have seen several new videos of Russian activity coming out of Odessa and even the western city of Lviv. In a post made earlier today by my fellow writer, Will Killmore, Russian cruise missiles reportedly have made their way into the dense, city limits of Lviv, causing devastating results.

Again, It is unclear at this time, and we can continue to speculate all we want, but these GRAD strikes could potentially be a counter attack toward the Ukrainian opposition as a result of the alleged attacks in Lviv.
