Another Ukrainian team clearing Russian positions, this time near the village of P'yatykhatky, in Zaporizhia Oblast. This unit struggles to subdue unseen defenders, though a heavy volume of fire can be heard throughout the video. Early on, returns from a forward position bleeding from the mouth and wounded in other places, his headset in disarray, and missing his rifle. The team falls back a few meters to treat the wounded man an reassess. The perspective shifts to drone footage of the engagement, and though the section of the trench that is causing trouble for the Ukrainians can be seen, the enemy they face is difficult to spot.

It can be difficult to gain and maintain momentum in clearing operations, and achieving victory can be a bloody and painstaking process. That said, Ukrainian perseverance does seem to be yielding some results on the southern front.
