Footage released by a civilian crossing the Kerch railway bridge shows a quick survey of the damage from last night's attack by Ukrainian forces. The attack, which left 3 civilians killed, appears to have severely damaged the bridge, but the railway that the Russian forces often use to transport logistics appears to still be in-tact, given that this video was recorded from a train car on that railway.
