Footage out of eastern Ukraine, uploaded by the 79th Air Assault Brigade, shows a Russian tank retreating under the concealment of a smokescreen. However, the countermeasure proves ineffective as some sort of anti tank weapon makes a direct hit on the moving vehicle.

It appears that most, possibly all, of the crew bailed following the strike and the tank rolls out of control into the ditch and begins cooking off with secondary explosions. Ukrainian artillery begins pummeling the forested area where the Russian tank crew was last seen regrouping.
