Security cam footage from Primorsky Krai, Russia shows a man attempting to set a military recruitment office ablaze, but instead only manages to light himself on fire.

The man can be seen almost burning himself with the first incendiary device as it bounces off the wall and falls to his feet. Instead of using that failure to adjust his method, he repeats the process, and he finds himself covered in burning petrol. He can be seen streaking out of frame like a burning meteor.
