Russians Pouring Air Defense Into Belarus

Witness video captured a Russian military train transporting dozens of Tor air defense systems into Belarus. There have been several recent videos like this giving evidence that Russia is planning on opening a new front, this time in northern Ukraine.

If you remember the first weeks of the Russian invasion earlier this year, Russia invaded Ukraine from the north. That front was forced to retreat after an embarrassing crushing from Ukrainian defense forces and Bayraktar drone strikes. It's not clear how or why Russia thinks this attempt would be any different. More than likely, the Russian government is sweating the thought of losing Crimea and other parts of eastern and southern Ukraine. This northern front would probably be nothing more than intentionally sending Russian troops to their deaths just to buy time and divert attention from other parts of the fight.
