Russian IA Drill to Contact With Drone

A Russian squad is targeted by drones, resulting their version of an immediate action drill. The squad splits, with the group in front stumbling awkwardly forward, while the group in the rear engage wildly with their rifles. A soldier falls and an explosion erupts nearby, though it may be caused by a mortar round. The squad retrieves their fallen man, who appears uninjured, and they continue on. I would have to experiment a bit to determine the correct IA drill for contact with a drone, but I would like to think that the result would be a little more professional than the shenanigans shown in this video.
