Russia Test Launches Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM)

The Russian Ministry of Defense released footage they claim shows a successful test launch of an unspecified intercontinental ballistic missile. The missile was launched from the Kapustin Yar testing site in southern Russia.
