This drone footage depicts what appears to be a Russian soldier shooting another before looting his equipment. He delivers the shot at 0:18, though it has been censored. Another soldier, presumably KIA, lies nearby to the right.
Article 12 of the Geneva Conventions of 1949 (and additional protocols) states that the wounded and sick will not be murdered or exterminated.
