Trip over a few dead comrades before you and your buddies jump into a hole, allowing an FPV drone to reduce you to a meat pile, and you have got all the components of a successful immediate action (IA) drill. This inane performance is indicative of poor training and miserable unit cohesion, and yet Russia is willing and able to continue flinging human beings at their enemies until the Ukrainians out of ammunition or they run out of people.
