This video has been marked as not safe for work due to the contents and sensitive nature of the video. While there is no excessive violence in the video, the video does show a mentally disabled person who was weaponized by the Islamic State with a suicide belt.

This video was filmed during an Iraqi Federal Police advance in the city of Mosul during the 2017 battle that took place there. It shows members of the IFP desperately working to not have to kill a mentally disabled man who the Islamic State weaponized with a suicide belt.

If you ever question the evils of men, or think that there is no way that someone can be more evil than anyone else, I want you to remember that for a very brief period of time, the world knew just how evil other men could be.
