This footage, provided by a Hezbollah media outlet, shows Almas Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGMs) to attack the base for an Israeli observation balloon, apparently killing an IDF service member in the process. Because the body can be seen in a subsequent Almas shot, viewer discretion is advised.

Approximately two-thirds into the footage, at 01:59, we see an Almas being aimed to strike two IDF personnel near a container or temporary structure. One is a soldier, the other a civilian. It is unclear in what capacity he was at the site. In the following shot, aimed at the support structure and guide wire for the observation balloon, the civilian's body is seen as a casualty, lying supine a short distance from his last seen location.

Destroying the tether and structure caused the balloon to crash-land in Lebanon. According to the Times of Israel, this attack wounded 5 IDF soldiers and killed the civilian shown, who died of his wounds in-hospital.
