This drone footage shows a Russian element of four soldiers near the village of Krynky, in the Kherson region. Unbeknownst to them, they are walking into an ambush. Ultimately, only one Russian soldier will survive incident, with infantry grenades claiming two and a third being killed by a drone as they flee. Viewer discretion is advised.

As part of the ongoing fighting in Kherson, Krynky was reported as captured by Russian forces approximately a week ago. This video shows that the village’s seizure was not unopposed. At 0:17, we see a Ukrainian soldier, hidden from Russian view, take out the first Russian with a grenade, and then a second on the other side of the rubble. Two survive and begin to flee in the direction from which they came, when a drone manages to bomb and pick off the one on the left. The sole survivor makes it to the trees and manages to flee, though he’s probably pretty likely to never be the same person again.
