On September 27th, 2021, CCTV camera's captured the moments a motorcyclist was launched from his bike at a high rate of speed, after dodging another motorcyclist conducting an extremely careless U-turn.

This incident reportedly occurred in Alvorada, West Central Zone of Manaus, Brazil. After watching the footage, it appears the first motorcyclist conducted an extremely careless U-turn and began driving down the wrong side of the road. As he made that careless U-turn, a secondary motorcyclist was approaching the area at a high rate of speed. In a desperate attempt to avoid a head-on collision, the second motorcyclist swerved into the oncoming side of traffic, where it appears he hit a garbage pile.

Due to his high rate of speed, the mans bike launched through the air, hurling the man and his bike into the side of the building. As it appears in the footage, the man was launched 10-15 meters, where he then crash landed into the center of the road. From the limited sources provided, the man in fact survived this near fatal crash. After the violent crash, the man was taken to Hospital e Pronto Socorro Dr. João Lúcio Pereira Machado, for numerous fractured bones and road rash related injuries. For privacy reasons, the mans identity has not been released.
