Kyiv Cell Phone Restrictions; Funker530 in Ukraine

Our very own Will Killmore has arrived in Kyiv, Ukraine and describes a definite change in how the local populace is feeling after spending some time in Lviv further West. While his time in Lviv felt almost as though he wasn't in an area with a war raging only a few hundred miles to the East, Kyiv is intimately aware. Will shares concerns and requirements related to cell phone usage, which you can tell even leads him to be a bit paranoid in recording. Something to keep in mind, as I mentioned yesterday, is that a lot of the content that Will is capturing in Ukraine will be published after return given OPSEC concerns. If there are thousands of Twitter users that can geolocate an area based solely on the height of a tree and an intersection, imagine what a fully-funded and manned State Organization is able to do. These short clips are just check-ins from Will, and we'll be speaking to him more directly about his time in Ukraine once he returns on the live show.

In Ukraine since March shortly after the invasion kicked off, GSMSG has trained over 6,000 Ukrainian civilians in Combat Casualty Care, more than 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers in the same, passed on train-the-trainer knowledge to 20 Ukrainians to carry forward TCCC training to their units, started the Lviv Visiting Surgeon Program, and directly assisted in dozens of major surgeries on combat-related casualties.

A couple of notes from the staff, here. Foremost, these videos are being posted on a non-descript delay to protect both Will and the GSMSG mission partners, as well as the mission's OPSEC. I'll be posting these for Will so he can focus on aiding GSMSG in telling their story. If you'd like to support a great organization directly, I'll include all of their links down below. -Ronnie
