Drone video recorded by Ukrainian forces captures a failed infantry assault by Russian troops against a Ukrainian position in a currently unknown area.

Neither the release authority or the date of this footage are currently known, so this could literally be in any part of the on-going conflict in Ukraine. What you're looking at is a fire-team sized unit of Russian Soldiers conducting a movement to contact towards what they probably believe is a damaged Ukrainian defensive position.

Unfortunately for the Russians, a damaged defensive position doesn't mean that the position isn't capable of returning fire on maneuvering troops. From the video alone it's hard to tell, but it looks like these guys are moving without the aid of a support by fire position as well. Common sense in war dictates that movement without fire is suicide. This video is evidence of that common sense fact of war.
