Video recorded in the Gaza Strip by al Jazeera news capture the continuation of fighting between Hamas and the Israeli Defense Force. According to most reports, the cease fire ended when Hamas failed to release a list of hostages that were set to be released today, and it officially ended when instead of delivering that list, Hamas chose to instead fire a salvo of rockets towards Southern Israeli Border communities.

While the fighting is renewed and still on-going, it appears as if there are still attempts at mediation on-going in the background. This is the second time in three months that Hamas has broken a ceasefire agreement with Israel, with the first ceasefire agreement being shattered by Hamas during the 10/7 terror attacks.
