Israeli border police engaged in a gunfight with Palestinian Insurgents at the Tulkarem camp in West Bank this morning suffered multiple casualties after their own fragmentation grenade hit them. The GoPro footage above was released in a joint statement from the Israeli Defense Force and Border Police, and it captures the moment the men were injured by the returned grenade.

Of the five injured, three are believed to be in critical condition still. It is believed that the grenade was thrown poorly and bounced off a metal gate back at the men. Another officer reportedly attempted to kick the grenade away, but it didn't get far enough away before exploding.
