Two angles of a recent kamikaze FPV drone attack conducted by the Ukrainian military shows a direct hit against a Russian MT-LB with the tank commander un-buttoned and exposed.

Even if the vehicle survived this kamikaze drone attack, it is unlikely that the exposed crew member on the roof of the vehicle did. At least one crew member can be seen retreating into the nearby tree line after the vehicle comes to a complete halt on the side of the road. This is a solid indicator that the vehicle was a mobility kill and we'll likely see a video later down the road of a grenade being dropped down the hatch.
