Video recorded at a Russian prison colony about 400 miles east of Moscow shows a Wagner private military company top executive attempting to recruit convicts to fight Russia's war in Ukraine. He promises freedom in exchange for a six-month tour and then tells the inmates they have five minutes to decide or they will not be given another chance.

The man giving the speech is believed to be Russian oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin, a Putin associate who is assumed to be the head of the Wagner PMC mercenary group.
