Unsure of the exact whereabouts (Spanish speaking country), nor do we understand the context of what happened, but this female Officer is not afraid to throw hands. The Officer in the footage throws multiple punches and a swift kick at the man as he backs away in fear. Another female civilian tried interjecting with a quick "pop-shot" at the Officer, but instead was greeted with a nice right hand.
