Multiple video angles show the moment a fleeing murderer opens fire on police in Grand rapids, Wyoming, and gets hit by a squad car to end the incident.

The event took place on Sept. 27, 2018. The suspect, Adam Nolin, had just murdered his girlfriend and was being chased by police. One officer performed a tactical driving maneuver and spun Nolin's vehicle out of control. The other officers blocked the suspect vehicle in, and that is when Nolin exited his vehicle, attempting to escape of foot while firing a handgun at the officers.

At that point, an officer decided Nolin was a threat to the public and needed to be stopped. He accelerated his police cruiser rapidly and plowed into Nolin, incapacitating him.

Nolin was later found guilty of first-degree murder, as well as two counts of assault with intent to murder, third-degree fleeing and eluding police, as well as various weapons offenses.
