The payload hits the target, but the effectiveness of the blast against the armored vehicle cannot be deciphered from the video, and the vehicle appears to remain in tact. Even if there were no injuries to enemy personnel or damage to equipment, the attack drones provide a continuous psychological attack against the Russian troops as they know they can be hit any where at any time.
