Anti-Junta Fighter Uses an Almost California Compliant M16

Footage published to Facebook by members of an Anti-Junta faction in an unknown part of the country captures the use of a bolt-action M16 rifle with a 3D printed lower receiver. This weapon system is almost California compliant, however our Californian fans will be sad to know that they're using a standard capacity magazine and lacks an appropriate bullet button.
