According to Ronnie, who is a very qualified journalist, the UNSC has denied any involvement in the Ukraine-Russia War. "We realize that there is some speculation about Spartans and Orbital Drop Shock Troopers being involved with conflict between Ukraine and Russia," Fleet Admiral Edward Harper, Supreme Commander of the UNSCDF, said in his phone call with Ronnie, "but we would like to reiterate that at this time we are more focused on external threats to planet Earth, and we have no intentions on meddling in foreign relations between independent nations." Fleet Admiral Harper refused to comment on footage recorded in 2009 showing ODST recruits undergoing training at an undisclosed base near the Ukraine-Russia border.
