Ukrainian drone footage shows some sort of weapon system erupting projectiles and fragmentation around a squad of Russian troops as they attempt to dismount from a pickup truck.

Initial uploads claim the video shows a burst of automatic grenade launcher fire, but the impacts occur more rapidly than what most grenade launcher rates of fire. It's possible it was heavy machine gun fire or even some sort of proximity burst mortar or cluster munition.

At least one Russian soldier appears to be seriously wounded in the incident.
