According to Ukrainian sources, this cell phone footage shows a vehicle that was modified to act as an MLRS suffering a catastrophic failure that results in the vehicle becoming rocket propelled for a short period of time.

It's unclear if the driver was auditioning for Top Gear or Looney Tunes. We will update this post should the vehicle operator get the job.

Also, nobody was injured in this video.
