Ukrainian Grad Rockets Hit Russian Engineering Unit

Footage reportedly shows Ukrainian MLRS, possibly BM-21 "Grad" rockets being fired at and destroying Russian engineering vehicles and equipment, including a pontoon bridging system.

Ukrainian defenders destroyed several bridges to slow the Russian advance. The Russian military brought in mobile bridging units to counter this. These mobile bridging vehicles represent a priority target for the Ukrainian military to further hinder the Russian offensive.

The BM-21 "Grad" (Hail) is a Soviet-developed, truck-mounted 122 mm multiple rocket launcher system in service by both the Russian and Ukrainian military. Each truck has 40 barrels that can launch two rounds a second with a maximum range of 45km.
