Russian Tank Engages Ukrainian Targets

In this edited video, Russian tank engages elements Ukrainian 67th Brigade the vicinity of Krasno-Limansky and purportedly destroys an unknown target before withdrawing.

According to the original post, the Russian tank commander receives a report of enemy activity and rushes his vehicle forward to engage the enemy with “well-aimed fire.” The tank (type unknown) is rocking a wicked-awesome and largely ineffective cope-cage over the turret. As the tank proceeds to its firing position, other tanks and vehicles can be seen in the trees on either side of the trail, possibly seeking cover from Ukrainian ISR platforms. Of particular interest is the fact the tank comes to a complete stop before firing – there is a break in the footage, so the amount of time between stopping and firing is unknown. One of the deficiencies of many Russian tanks is the absence of effectives stabilization system that permits the vehicle to fire on the move. Whether this is the case with this tank, or the tank commander merely chose to stop and locate his target is unknown. The tank then generates smoke and withdraws.
